- How does pricing work?
- Pricing is based on active student count. You only pay for students enrolled during the billing period. Staff and parent accounts are always free.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.
- Is there a free trial?
- Our Starter plan is free during early access. For Pro and Enterprise, we offer a 30-day pilot with full features and onboarding support.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and UPI. Annual plans can be invoiced with NET-30 terms for qualifying institutions.
